At Dolce Vita, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
